I am enrolled in a 2-week extensive Shakespeare course at the end of July. Winona, MN is a great place to live and learn about Shakespeare because The Great River Shakespeare Festival is held here annually. The syllabus for the course is very thorough and the professor, Dr. Jane Carducci, expects nothing but quality and heartfelt work, so to prepare I am starting early in my reading. Tonights play: A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

And there is nothing better than reading on my front porch, especially on this beautiful summer night with a cup of chai in hand.
